Project description: Residential, pollinator side garden with native plants and edibles. The client’s wanted to support pollinators and replace fruit trees lost in a hard freeze.
The design layers native wildflowers and shrubs around new fruit trees she chose herself, built for a spot that gets seen up close. Neighbors walking dogs past the yard each day now pass a strip of habitat instead of another patch of turf.
