Q. Can I visit your nursery to pick up my order/have a tour?

A. INo, don’t offer nursery pickup visits or tours, perhaps one day if I expand into a more public facing location I will. Please sign up for email updates and I will let you know if that happens.

Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?

A. Most orders reach their destination in 1 or 2 days from the time I drop off at the carrier. I ship orders out Monday through Thursday. You will get a tracking number once your order is in route. Shipments to South Florida or the panhandle can take 2 days. Orders shipped to really rural places can also take 2 days. 

Q. Can you suggest a book on Florida native plants? 

A. There are so many great books on Florida native plants it’s hard to pick just a few. All of Craig Huegel’s books are wonderful. He really does a relatable job of explaining the concepts of gardening in Florida’s soil and plant communities as well as detailed profiles on many plants from a biologist/gardeners perspective. Another excellent resource is Native Plants for Florida Gardens by Stacey Matrazzo and Nancy Bissett.
