We do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order, please take a photo of the issue, and then email us the photo with your issue within 24 hours of delivery.
After delivery, we offer no guarantees on the life of plants. We regret that we can’t be responsible for what happens after plants are delivered and outside of our care. We suggest plants be tended to promptly after delivery, please water them when they arrive. We suggest that customers research soil and site conditions and the plants they are interested in buying before purchasing to ensure they are suitable.
Also, please keep in mind, native plants bloom on their own schedule, and we don’t guarantee that a plant will be blooming on delivery. We sell annuals, biennials, perennials, short lived perennials, all with varying duration of life span and unique bloom times.
