Planting Considerations: Love grasses are beautiful additions to wildflower gardens, adding a billowy haze of texture when blooming in the fall. Plants can become dense and the blooms will break off after blooming and blow around, so they can come with a little extra management requirements of thinning and collecting blown away seed heads, or not, depending on personal preference.
Field Notes: Leaves have a pinkish purple tone in the fall.
