Planting Considerations: Garberia is a woody, shrub like, long lived perennial. Considered planting it with October flower (Polygonella polygama), Pityopsis sp., Liatris sp. and Coastal plain palafox (Palafoxia intergrifolia). Plant Garberia in high and dry, well draining sandy soils that are above areas that collect or hold moisture. 

Field Notes: Beautiful grey, silvery-green leaves. Endemic to Florida. Water until established, but don’t overwater.
