Fauna: Attracts bees and butterflies. Showy red tubular flowers are a favorite nectar source for hummingbirds.
Planting Considerations: Standing cypress is susceptible to root rot and requires good drainage. If it doesn’t get enough drainage it will quickly die out. Be sure to plant it in high and dry sandy soil.
